If you want a holiday in Tuscany and are looking for relax, La Montanina will be happy to host you in the Farmhouse Borgo Monti di Sotto.

In the heart of the Chianti Classico in Tuscany, a few km from Siena, the Farmhouse is immersed in the village and has been completely restored with passion and respect for the traditions of the Tuscan countryside, simple but refined furnishings, a familiar and welcoming environment.

The view is lost among our centuries-old olive trees and vineyards, offering a suggestive vision. Surrounded by stone walls the Borgo is composed of 9 apartments that can accommodate up to 30 people.

During their stay at Monti di Sotto, guests become the real inhabitants of the village.

The Apartments

Equipped with every comfort and furnished with care, they are designed to make guests independent by providing an equipped kitchenette.
Each apartment has a small private external courtyard furnished with table and chairs.
In the structure there is a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Animal friends are allowed.

The Borgo a Monti Farmhouse

General Conditions for the Stay

  • Apartment delivery: From 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm on the day of arrival
  • Apartment release: By 10.00 am on the day of departure
  • Linen: Included
  • Apartment cleaning: At every change of household
  • Services included: Midweek cleaning costs are included in the price of the apartment for stays over 7 days (date to be agreed upon at Check-in), Hot/cold air conditioning, water and electricity, car parking
  • Courtesy kits provided: Courtesy kit for the kitchen, Courtesy kit for breakfast, Courtesy kit for the bathroom (see Apartment Equipment)
  • Animals: Animal friends are allowed in all apartments (maximum 2 animals per apartment), it is necessary to communicate their presence at the time of booking
  • Number of guests: The apartments can accommodate the number of people they are for prepared
  • Registration: Every person, adult or child, must be regularly registered at the reception upon arrival with a valid identity document (identity card or passport) if an adult, or with the data provided by family members if a minor. They are not allowed adults without valid documents
